Would give zero if possible. Absolutely appalling customer service, complete incompetence from ALL staff and no one seems to know what they are doing. The staff are liars and the staff are RUDE. Don't give attitude when you're store is in the wrong and YOU are the ones that screwed up. Don't waste your time shopping there!

After being mucked around by a competitor who after 4 months still hadn't ordered the part in I needed for my laptop repair, I walked into the lovely guys at NCIS Currimundi. They had the part in within 2 business days and replaced it on the spot when I was able to get there next. And all for about 50 less than what the other mob quoted me. Would definitely recommend these guys - great customer service and reasonably priced. :-)

Not happy! ! Horrible repair experience and even worse customer service. Brought an Apple laptop in for a keyboard replacement. Got laptop back and they had stuffed up my mouse pad by crushing connections while repairing it. Took over 4 weeks to get back and when I finally did the keyboard was warped, half the backlight didn’t work and the down arrow key was broken. So took it back in yet again. I didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks so I ended up having to call to follow up. Took over 6weeks to finally get my computer back. When I finally went in to collect, the owner was in there and while I was making sure everything was in working order he started giving me a hard time and “telling” me that my computer was fixed and that he didn’t even charge me for the repairs. I was like “So you shouldn’t, it wasn’t my fault you broke things while it was being repaired”. Just really poor experience and even worse customer service skills, particularly by the owner. Needs to find a new line of work.

Great service ,prompt and efficient service, except when it comes to laptop keyboard, keyboard not working properly, told me board was stuffed, charged me 60 , took it home and blew it with hairdryer, it worked!
