Dr Nedzara Delic its amazing doctor all best for her but reception ladies are so rude and unfriendly. English is my second language and on the phone when I need to make appointment or something they are always rude and I never feel welcome In that medical centre.

I was taken here today after we booked last minute at the demand and concern of my family as we were celebrating my sons birthday (they rung around Burleigh) as an emergency. I have an amazing local GP, who works part time and unfortunately was not working today back home. I was suffering acute pain in my gums, radiating to my jaw (solid 9/10) that pain relief would not help. I saw a different GP earlier in the morning at a different clinic who ignored the fact that the reason for the visit was because I was brought to tears with pain, couldn’t move nor talk and I have a very high pain threshold and barely touch pain killers. Due to my pregnancy, it was a “deal with it attitude”. I was seen to promptly with BTMC barely waiting 5 minutes, taken seriously and given the correct prescriptions safe for baby to help relieve the pain and numb out the area. Thank you! I have since been in contact with my specialists for baby who are more than grateful, as the original prescription and advice I received was detrimental to my very special little heart defected lady growing in my belly. I would recommend to anyone in the local area!

Dr Delic is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is so switched on and extremely thorough, and her caring manner is exceptional - she is now the doctor for most of my family. The admin staff and nurses etc are very professional and always pleasant.

What would l say about this Drs office the staff are carrying and treating you like you would like to be. I have been going here for a little while now and it's always good to see a clean waiting room and they have hand sanitisers on the front cabinets for you to use they're are going throw a rebuilding stage with there Drs but they are great to see them but you have to remember that are rebuilding and the waiting time for them might be a little longer than you thought it would be but you will be seeing them.

Myself and my fiance have been patiences here for years. We have changed doctors as Dr Max Mansoor was one of the worse doctors we have ever been to. We both went to him for different things. One being something completely different to what another doctor said Dr Max tried to refer me to some really expensive specialist. My fiance went in to get a medical done for his job and DR Max said that he couldn't do cause he had somthing wrong with him next day went to a different doctor all done. This place is a waste of money and time!
