After an initial good experience with a doctor who has sadly now left, I have been to Medicrew Buderim multiple times since, in the hope that a good experience will return. Sadly it has not. I am not one to leave negative reviews, however after multiple chances I believe that new patients need to know how they are spending their "non bulk billed" money. Each time I book to visit the practice, the receptionist is extremely rude to me, cutting me off, misinforming me and talking down to me (I won't name names). After a usual long wait, I am then rushed through appointments. The doctors seem to turn to google and guess more than I've ever experienced, prompted by my own queries of options, and do not follow up on test results or next steps with their patients. The reason for my 2 star rather than 1 star review is due to it's above satisfactory cleanliness, onsite pathology, easy online booking, and convenient parking with a pharmacy next door.

I've resided on the Sunshine Coast for almost 4 years now. In this time I've struggled to find a good GP. However on my visit to Medicrew Buderim my exceptions have been exceeded. A welcoming reception team. Doctor Zoe Hutchins is a great communicator that takes a caring and professional steps, to diagnose and provide the necessary treatment. Thank you Medicrew.

The people were lovely but our appointment was at 1.45 pm and we saw the doctor at 2.45 pm took way to long, i get the doctors are always busy but they could of let us know.

After having my daughter I was nervous to find a good practice that shows compassion and truly listens! I was totally blown away by the care shown by Medicrew Buderim, we were seen at the time our app was booked for and the receptionist was lovely as well as the doctor we saw..Lisa, she was amazing. I feel confident we will be looked after here.

Everyone at medicrew are lovely! Ally at reception is lovely. Lovinda has been working with me since my surgery and she is fantastic. DR STEVE is outstanding. Always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and is very thorough. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Being blackmailed to pay a 40 fee otherwise my wife cannot have her appointment due to other reasons I won't put on here because it's an open forum and failing to return phone call to discuss the matter just totally ignore the customer not good service

Medicrew Buderim is by far the best family medical centre on the coast. I have been to many practices on the coast and none had exceeded my expectations like Medicrew Buderim has. Not only are the employees respectful, kind and understanding, they are professional and genuinely care for their patients. Nurse Practitioner Steve Jones is honestly the best medical professional I have ever been treated by. He and his co workers go above and beyond for their patients. They make sure that their patients are comfortable and has never made me feel judged once. This is a great family medical practice and I’m so glad I’ve finally found a reliable medical practice that values their patients and their medical needs. My family and I will continue to be patients of Nurse Jones for as long as he practices medicine.
