For now, Mankoushe Brunswick will move to a takeaway only service. Our sister location Mankoushe Collingwood will be closed until further notice. View the takeaway menu Through our commitment to simple, healthy and seasonal food, Mankoushe has become a Brunswick icon over the last twelve years. We are sure everyone will understand, we are worried that we will not be able to weather the ensuing economic storm. We know many small business owners are in the same scary position. To give our families (including all of those who rely on Mankoushe) the best chance of getting through this, we have put our heads together to come up with a plan that will give us the best possible chance. These changes will allow us to operate in a way that will cover only our costs and give us the best chance to get through to the other side.  In addition to our delicious pizzas, we are now offering a Corona Snack Pack which brings together five different dishes of mixed pulses and fresh veggies (inspired by the ancient lands of the beautiful East), homemade lemonade (full of Vitamin C), and tahini halva (to lift your spirits). Those who are familiar with our weekend feasts will be very happy.  To survive as a business, we need to sell 50 of these delicious packs each day. In order to help us hit this target and cover our costs, we have extended our daily trading times. Wednesday to Friday we are now open 3pm-10pm, and 12pm-10pm on weekends. All our food will be prepared under very strict hygiene practices. We’ll be using gloves, hand sanitiser and masks. We will also not be accepting cash. Boxes can be paid for over the phone, or upon pick up via EFTPOS. You can order by phone, through Instagram, or from Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
