Called to ask about a dryer, guy said it wasn't in stock, plus couldn't tell me when it was in stock. Told me he had to call head office on Monday to find out. Then I asked if they price match, he said he couldn't do it in store but they might be able to online. Dude definitely missed an opportunity to sell me a dryer because his process was all about saying everything was dependent with head office and online.

Very very good staff. They chased up a warranty to confirm we can get it. One staff member then delivered our fridge and washing machine. He arrived right on time. Friendly, polite, then brought products up elevator and helped install, for free, plus gave advice. He also cared about not ruining floorboards and walls,when fitting the products into apartment. Absolutely first class behaviour and business conduct.

I wouldn't ever order anything from these guys online. They probably wont have it in stock. Even though you've paid for it they'll ask you to confirm your order because THEY don't have it in stock. Ridiculous service. Id suggest to them to update there online services and if they get a PAID order online that they dont have, order it in straight away and email the customer about the delay. Selling items out of stock is your responsibility, not the customers. If they refuse and want a refund the cost is on you BETTA. FFS

I recently bought Bosch washing machine from Betta Sydney road store and it has been a wonderful experience. Apart from the product being nice, I m highly impressed with the staff, both manager Greg and Jeremy are such wonderful people. I was given full support and cooperation in deciding the product and I personally reckon to buy products from Betta as they beat the best lowest prices and so on. I'm looking forward to buy furniture as I found them to be quiet reasonable in that section too.

Purchased online without going into the store, outstanding price competitiveness including free delivery on a bargain Panasonic TV. Living within 20km of the store free delivery was available which clinched the deal for me, others like JB & H/Norman would not do. Staff I dealt with at Betta on the phone and email were great.
