Went in today to have a look for a laptop and just couldn't decide. Didn't get the guys name :( but he was absolutely lovely! And such a big help. Thank you so much! Ended up with a Chromebook instead of a laptop and definitely happy with it! All the team members at that store seemed so lovely. Had a few of them stop to see if I needed any help!

Received great service. Maybe because it was relatively quiet, but I had 2 different staff members approach me to see if I needed help. Something that has never happened in any JB Hifi store I've been to. Also super happy with my Pop! Heads.

It's a good store, the staff are friendly if a little hard to get ahold of when it gets busy. The selection of goods is expansive and reasonably priced.

I needed new headphones and was just lucky that today was the start of the Mega Blitz Sale. I went first thing this morning to my local JB Hi-Fi to beat the crowd and just happened to be served by Riley, who understood exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with his advice and assistance that I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones and they are awesome!

My partner and I walked in store to purchase 2 new phones for ourselves. Two great staff approached us and helped us, they gave us our time to browse then when they saw us struggling to decide which phones to get, Michael jumped in to guide us with what we actually wanted in our phones. He then gave us great insights and compared the phones we had in mind. We agreed and bought an iPhone 12 Pro and a Samsung galaxy S20 Fe. Michael is an AMAZING member of the team! He understood us as his customer and took great care of us in helping us purchasing the phones we wanted. Michael also helped us pick out military grade phone cases which was really helpful. I will definitely be back because of staff like Michael. These guys are really understanding and not pushy and don't have an attitude like other stores. Thank you Michael and the team. 01.11.2020
