HI. JB HI at Brookvale is an excellent store. Friendly staff great service. I had to return a television as the person I was giving it to had to.go.back overseas. They took it straight back and gave me a refund. Another time my radio stopped working and was 5 months out of its 1 year warranty. I thought they may send it away but instead they wanted to give me a full credit or replace it at no cost. Wow what a company. I can't think of any company that would do that. It was just so easy to deal with all staff. Very happy. Will refer JB HI to all my friends. Thank you. Denise

I am a A fully satisfied client, a tourist who desperately went to jb to purchase a phone out of my limited budget. But they recommended me a samsung A20 with a discount of 30 dollers which I even couldn't believe. Cheers I think you guys including your store manager is doing a amazing customer service which is I think a key to compititive business. Cheers

A big store, and great selection of products! Especially love the staff and how helpful they are. They even offer deals to beat some prices to meet your price demands! If you need technology this is the pace to go!

As usual the JB Hi-Fi staff were accommodating, efficient and effective with their service. I was immediately served coming through the door - rushing with a last minute catalogue day end SMASH AND GRAB :{\\ with poor time management on my part. Even though the store was closing in a few minutes, I was still served promptly, calmly and professionally by a very patient team. Would highly recommend coming in for best value tech and electronic deals you won't find at another bricks and mortar store for miles guaranteed. So happy and over the moon ️ with my scooter and headphones purchase! Would also highly commend their staff especially a guy named Chris and their management team (if he's still there) as he walked me through the step by step process, from greeting to serving to going above our solar system of finding this Oppo phone in the colour I wanted, on Telstra 5G a few days after the phone came out on the last day of catalogue (I know I'm a last minute shopper!) I would've never taken a chance on 5g fast had I not got that friendly 5 star welcoming service. Awesome life changing stuff ️!!! Thank you JB Warringah, you've done it again!
Thank you. to JB HIFI Warringah Mall. I visited your store today and was greeted by a very friendly sales professional. I was interested in a mobile phone update. Addison was very helpfull . His customer service was excellent. His product knowledge was inpressive. I will be back to buy a mobile from Addison. Previously I was looking for a DVD.
