I was extremely pleased with the work Brisbane power performed for me, starting with them giving me over the phone assistance and guidance to safely restore power which saved me being charged for an emergency call out fee. Then the technician who came out was very friendly, as well as very skilled and worked very efficiently to diagnose and resolve the problem. I was very impressed and pleased with his work and service and if I need an electrician again there is no question about who I will go to........ Brisbane Power. We were very impressed with the electricians who installed a new switchboard at our home. The timber behind our old meter box was rotted and a pest control company was called to check for termites. After getting the all clear, they sanded and painted the timber before putting the new switchboard in. We really appreciated all the help they provided at no extra cost. They were friendly and very professional. I'd highly recommend this company.
