I haven't been to Pacific Fair for many years. It's grown so much. Every shop you could imagine. A one stop for anything you need. And 5 hours free parking is a bonus. The food courts satisfy any appetite. I needed more time

The place to shop. One single place to have access to Coles, Woolsworth, Big W, David Jones, K Mart! Other than the bargain stalls, there are also famous labels. 5 hrs free parking! Yes, you really can spend so much time there!

This is q great variety store. Pac fair is always clean, tidy and have very helpful and courteous staff. I just wish there'd be more stores, as its quite a hike from where I live

No customer service skills on part of this staff. I went in at 5.50pm and intended to buy a phone set quickly. I asked for his help, he came at 5.59pm and tells me we are closing so he can't help me. Told him to just show me where this phone is and I will just grab and go. He told me he can't help. I even told him that if I do it on my own, it will take maybe 5 or more minutes and he won't be able to chase me. He still didn't offer any help. I left at 6.10pm with everyone waiting and bought a phone set from Kmart. Is this what we expect from staff? Stop looking at the clock and your pay every week.

Large, new store. Well laid out floorplan, cheap clothing, shoes, crockery etc. Of course the quality is based on price, so expect to get what you pay for. Staff is friendly & helpful. I prefer the Robina store.
