The call centre is absoultly useless!! Constant issues when I have to contact or have a problem. Would not reccomend them at all!!!!!

Our office upgraded to using Detector Inspector for all our rental properties after finding inconsistent service levels from other companies we had utilised. Kate and her team are thorough and prompt in addressing issues and questions outside the norm, particularly in regards to 2022 compliance, and their general practice procedures in communicating with our clients are outstanding - limited tenant complaints, as they are accommodating according to their needs also. On an administrative level, we love that we have a customer portal with instant access to all the information pertaining to our properties. We can highly recommend this team of professionals to provide top level service in a very competitive industry.

After having utilised many other companies, Detector Inspector is the only one to honour their commitment, start to finish. Excellent customer service, accurate and efficient reporting, and value for money. They simply cannot be faulted.
Do not do business with these people.They are scam artists. They are suppose to do inspections once a year. They have been to my premises 3 times in one year. They do not respond to requests and are rude. I hope this helps. Go elsewhere.
