Great service & clear communication A Our Stiebel Hot water unit had stopped working and we were put in contact with Brandon Services by a friend who had a similar issue. We received an email with clear details regarding pricing and this was followed up with SAME DAY SERVICE!! Very impressed! The Tradesman was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was. He had our hot water working beautifully in no time at all.
Mark and the boys have just installed 5 split systems in our warehouse and home they were quick clean and professional.
We had one of your technicians come out to our house to fix the heater. I was extremely keen to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised when your technician arrived on time and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and advised me of what it required to fix, and the cost before starting work. Once agreed he took off to get the parts required and was back within 35 minutes and the problem was fixed under 2 hours. Quite refreshing in this day and age to get that kind of service. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I would like to commend Brandon Services on their excellent service and professionalism. Having had a string of bad experiences with trades in recent times the promptness and ease of using this company was a pleasant change and was not overly expensive. Value for money! Thanks BE.
This company send you an email and asks you to agree to a set call-out fee time based rate for work. I agreed to these time based costs. The technician on site then charged me well in excess of the previously agreed rates. When I questioned why the cost was so much higher than the rates I previously agreed to, he said that it was a standard rate for that kind of job - so I could pay it or he could leave without doing the work and I'd have to pay the call out fee anyway. Their rates document that they ask you to agree to explains time cost. The reality is that they charge whatever they want when the technician is already on site and you have little choice. Don't be ripped off like I was - try someone else and if you have to deal with this company make sure you're not paying over and above the documented rates.
