I ordered steriliser online and requested it to be sent out asap, it arrived on time which was great. Few months later, i found limescale getting accumulated in the machine, i quickly contacted their customer support and i received response with the user guide and direction. Implemented that and my machine got 90% clean, very happy with their email support and timely help. I have never been to the store in person, so hopefully the similar high level of service be offered there too.

We have purchased various items now at a great price and quick delivery and good service. One item purchased was delayed due to the manufacturer but we were given frequent updates and delivery was completed earlier than expected. Customer service has been polite, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend from our experience so far.

I was disappointed in their customer service. I desperately needed a pram for my newborn baby. After I read a lot of positive Google reviews, I decided to buy a pram and baby stuff from them. When I visited the store, I was not greeted by any of the staff. I had to try and have a look at the prams by myself for about HALF AN HOUR. While I was looking in the pram section, 3 staff saw me looking at the prams. However, they all looked away and none of them offered help. In the end, I had to go get somebody for help. Since I desperately needed a pram, ended up spending nearly 2000. I was planning to buy a lot more baby stuff from them that day, I decided to purchase a pram only after experiencing their customer service. I would not recommend this store to any of my friends and I won't go back to this store again.

We received excellent service from the Baby Village Team when it came to selecting and installing our baby's new car seat. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. For a nominal extra fee, Claudette at Baby Village fitted our new car seat. As is turns out, our capsule had been incorrectly installed by a previous fitter and Claudette was fast to point this out. Claudette was thorough and ensured that our new car seat was fitted with care. She patiently showed me how to use and adjust the car seat and answered all my questions. It's a relief to know that our baby is safe in their car seat. The take away is: ensure that the person installing your child's seat is authorised to do so - or better yet, just ask for Claudette at Baby Village!

Amazing new store with everything you need and exceptional customer service. Being first time parents we where unsure where to even start. Baby village had by far the best range of products, incredible customer service & product knowledge we received from any of the baby stores. We love that it’s a locally owned family business too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went in last Saturday to have a look at some items, we had such a great experience with Vanessa that we ended up buying our pram, car seat, cot & chest of drawers and a few more bits for the nursery, she couldn't have been more helpful. She was not in any way pushy or trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Her customer service was exceptional and her knowledge of the items we purchased was outstanding. Highly recommend visiting Baby Village for all your baby needs and asking for Vanessa. ️️️️️ We will be back to Vanessa closer to the time our bub is due to pick up some more bits.

The worst of all baby stores. The online department deals with online orders only. The retail store deals with store only. And they can’t find your order anyway... I have placed an order in December and end of January still nothing... and every time I call it’s as if they don’t know who I am and what I am asking about. Better of anywhere else like baby bunting or baby kingdom and frankly anywhere.
