Although they didn't have what I was after, the staff were more than happy to help me find some where that did have it. I have been into this store only twice but both times I have been served by friendly knowledgeable staff.

Worst customer service ever, Bing Lee should be ashamed. We have experienced this before from this site so never go in to buy anything only order online for instore pick up if we need anything. On this occasion we purchased two Excelair fans for instore pick up. When we arrived at the store they went out the back to get our order and returned with the products in boxes that were in terrible shape. The box had been opened, ripped and dented in multiple areas. We declined to accept these which the representative did not like and started arguing that all their boxes are like that and that we can come have a look. My question to him was why are all your boxes in such bad shape and if you didn't do this then why did he accept a delivery that was damaged. The boxes where so badly damaged we were expecting the fan to be damaged or missing items. I will be complaining to Bing Lee head office about this and letting Excelair know that this is how their product is being treated and given to customers.

Walked in with money in my pocket ready to buy a dishwasher. I never would have thought an appliance store in Mona Vale would be that busy, it certainly didn't look busy as i think there was only 1 other customer in there at the time. After standing there fo 15 minutes with out having anyone even look sideways at me, i walked out and went to Harvey Norman.
