Disappointing service. Poor communication between service personnel & lack of knowledge of the job on both the first & second visits. This related to a Heritage Listed building (i.e high risk) with multiple commercial tenants & also a residential section of the building. I waited a month to get a response to an email & phone call - neither of which were answered & therefore I terminated the agreement.
