I have been shopping on Beserk for about 8 years, and have never had a bad experience. When there have been sizing issues, the customer service team has always been fantastic with communication, and exchanges. When the warehouse offers pickup change rooms, they have fixed sizing problems on the spot and are always so lovely. They offer awesome sales constantly. Their rewards system is genuinely great, with vouchers up to 10 off for a very reasonable points exchange. Their range is huge, with new items added constantly. Overall, Beserk is the best online clothing retailer I have ever dealt with and will continue supporting. Highly recommend.

Have shopped at Beserk for years and am always happy with the products I buy! My latest purchase was a sourpuss coffin shelf and let me tell you this is always sold out when I go to buy and I finally got one and it’s amazing! Just need to find mini things to fill it now :) Beserk always stocks the best stuff and I love that they offer click and collect and it’s usually ready for pick up the very next day! Their warehouse is easy to get to plus they have onsite/street parking. The staff are always friendly when I go in and sometimes they even have sale tubs in their office to rummage through, I’ve found a few goodies when this happens. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Beserk sells quality products! I have bought from here a few times and I still can't believe how fast it arrived here (I live in Victoria)! They have great customer service, the people responding to emails are always so kind! Although some products may be a bit pricey, they are 100% worth it! All the products on the site are genuine and not cheap copies! Beserk is literally the only store I order from now as it is hard to find stores of that style here in Vic. Thank you so much to the lovely team at Beserk!

I have been purchasing from Beserk for years now, and never had a single issue. They always go above and beyond with customer service, whether it is via email or face-to-face at their warehouse. Orders are always sent/prepared very promptly and they are great when it comes to returns/exchanges as well. When orders are posted, a lot of care is taken with packaging the items. Highly recommend!
