I took my family into 99 bikes in Bentleigh on Sunday to purchase a bike for my sons birthday. We were greeted by Marco who sized my son for the right size bike. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience an absolute pleasure! I even decided to put a bike on Lay by for myself! Highly recommended.

Having a bike after a very very long time not using one I needed to find a bike shop that if I needed any repairs or advice I could go to. I looked around and found the one that was the closest one which happens to be 99 Bikes. I haven't bought my bike from them, first of all mine is electric and the guy who makes them is in Brisbane under the name Major Neutron so taking there was out of the question. Having come to a situation that I needed to change my brakes I went to 99 Bikes and had a chat with the guys who repair and assemble the bikes. Very friendly and very knowledgeable of what they do I gladly handed over for them to fix my problem. They told me Saturday would be the day but I would be notified. They notified me that it might be ready on Saturday but it took just a little bit longer which meant pick up would be Sunday. Which was no bother. As for the sales part I ventured inside to grab something that I needed they have a good selection of bikes unfortunately this world wide inconvenience that we have stock might not be there but the staff are quick to find out more information about its arrival. Very friendly staff and eager to offer you assistance. For my first experience with a bike store I felt comfortable and all my questions answered. If you are looking to purchase a bike or a electric one give them a try and when you decide to buy make sure that you are getting what you want not they want to sell you. Whichever store you go to
Having dealt with a few of the staff here, I can confirm the young crew are a real asset to the company; Patient, attentive, and informative. Every interaction I've had with Alex, Marco, and others has been excellent - even during the busiest of times. In an industry that is now in heavy competition with the online world, great service like this is one thing it can't compete with. Kudos.
Repair Guys did an almost on-the-spot gear cabling repair. Wasn't asked for or expected but was certainly appreciated! Thanks guys! This is the 2nd time I've had great service from the Bentleigh team!

Excellent service by the staff, very friendly. They even measured took a few measurements to ensure I got the right bike. Allowed me to go for a test ride too. The price of the bike surprised me cause it seemed like an excellent bike, other places that I had gone to with similar bikes were about 200 more expensive or greater. Great website with lots of information about the bikes and they've got lots of accessories. Definitely recommend
I love it. Best place to buy bikes. The friendly sales and workshop staff genuinely love bikes and can assist you with anything bike-related. The prices are the best you can find, too.
Stopped by to pick up a bike pump, a staff member greeted us by the door and directed us to the selection. It was a quick and easy purchase with smiles from all staff which was nice to see. Will have to come back here when I’m due for a service!
