Carl was excellent in the bond clean that he did for my unit. It looks sparkling and new. The steam carpet clean was better than 2 others I had tried during my tenancy. Very professional. Communicates promptly. Great end to end service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I am amazed by the team's efficiency and professionalism. I asked for the cleaning service the other day. The team brought up a high speed cleaning machine, cleaning and sucking at the same time. Also the price is very reasonable. Thank you Bebrite.
These guys refused to clean what was agreed upon. Only showed up with a bottle of soap and some rags as equipment. Then asked for cash while refusing to write an invoice and when we refused to pay without an invoice they wouldn’t leave the house. Police had to be called. Do not use these jokes
AVOID THESE CLEANERS, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! I engaged them for a regular service and cancelled after 3 times: 1. The first cleaning was excellent and I confirmed the service (the cleaner later told me hat they performed a sparkle cleaning and had to pay money back to the company for it) 2. I agree to an extended time for the second service (cleaners were late) and the cleaning was very poor (food stains and bread crumbles on the kitchen bench) 3. I returned to the original timing and the cleaning was standard (cleaners were late), the cleaner complained when I paid the original fee 4. The forth cleaning was assigned to someone else (the original cleaner was possibly not keen to do the cleaning at my place anymore after confirmation to my schedule) that could not meet my schedule after the first time Specifications for the cleaning listed on the website are considered as an out-of-scope by the cleaners who will quote for additional work that is considered standard.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They should try changing their name and attitude to Beconsiderate or Beontime. Took a booking, didn't show, didn't answer calls, customer service rep didn't care and was powerless to do anything about it. They don't deserve your money.
Great service! Have been using Bebrite now for a couple years, they are great! I have had a very reliable, friendly and hard working team who have been doing an amazing job.
