Awesome experience, huge amount of stock on display, and awesome specials!! I didn't catch the guys name but he had purple hair and he was so helpful and his customer service was exceptional, he answered my questions and made me feel like they were normal questions :). At the counter I dealt with a girl who sorted out my finance, also nice to deal with!

Went in to purchase a TV antenna. Had to ask two different people to offer me assistance as I was unsure of what to purchase. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to serve me before I had to ask another staff member to help, who told me someone would be over shortly. Another 5 minutes passed and no one came. I decided to ask a third person who was kind enough to assist. He gave me good advice and I found what I needed. I then went to the counter to pay for the product. The lady took the product, scanned it and then took a phone call during the transaction and just planted the receipt on the counter. I found that to be quite rude. I feel she should at least ask me or the person on the phone to wait while she finishes with the other. The most frustrating thing was I saw about 12 staff and about 8 customers including myself and my partner. The products there are good, but their service needs to be looked at.
