One of the best store in Canberra. It’s big and the staffs are friendly. The shops are always full. The girl in the checkout was quite nice as she helped me in packing. One of the very clean store and well maintained. Self checkout adds up a plus point as well

Terrible experience, staff were basically useless when it came to a click and collect. Some old bird at the click and collect desk wouldn’t give any help. And honestly it seemed like they had no commen sense. To top it off she got defensive about our issue, the issue wasn’t even involving her it was regarding getting our click and collect and yet she got defensive.

Reasonable prices. Change rooms have doors that go to the floor- good for privacy but will injure your toes as they open/ close inwards. Great variation in attitudes to customers amongst staff.

What a wonderful place to find a bargin! So many cheap items for a few dollars and so many reduced or clearance items. We always come out with way more than what we went in for. Its definitely my first 'go to' place for kids shoes and their toy section is wonderful. It's certainly where I go to find gifts for birthdays or Christmas as there is such a variety of things for low prices. Sometimes it's hard to find a staff member if you need assistance but it's a huge shop so that's to be expected. All the staff ive dealt with over the years have been courteous and friendly.
