If I could give this company 10 stars i would! From the time we walked into the store until we received our products we have had nothing but brilliant customer service from the staff in store and from the warehouse. Furniture was received 3 days after purchasing and everything that we ordered was perfect! Thank you so much for helping us choose our girls the perfect bedroom furniture. Purchased the Soho King Single bunk beds for my teen girls. Bundled with 5 star mattresses. We had one issue with one of the mattress, however the team at Bedtime were able to rectify quickly and replace with a more suitable mattress. The bunk is beautiful quality and very high end. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
Referred by a friend who also bought her children's beds from Bedtime. The staff there were excellent and very helpful. The new showrooms look stunning with all the range on display. Will definitely be coming back!
