Lost 50% of our booking, they wouldn't change our dates due to covid. Beach apartments bad customer service! I have traveled a lot, and never experienced such rude customer service, certainly not empathetic to the COVID situation
Just spent 5 nights there great location near the beach food cafes park clean rooms nice owners pool always clean
Great location for walking into the city. Easy stroll to Town Beach. Apartment comfortable and well appointed for an enjoyable stay. Ocean views from balcony. Undercover parking. Sharon and John very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
This is my favourite place to stay. It's a great location and the staff are lovely. The rooms are a bit "tired" but they're well equipped and well appointed and a reasonable price. It's such a convenient place to stay, you can walk to so much. Love the Beach house apartments. Can't wait to stay there again.
