Reception and cleaning staff couldn’t be nicer! Nice sites with plenty of room to be away from each other. Amenities are clean but have lots of minor issues. Grounds could do with a bit of repair, roads paths and sites (particularly levels between concrete and grass) are pretty uneven so watch your step. Definitely on the pricey side but not bad. However, midges and mosquitoes had us leaving early. Never have we been bitten so much. Make sure to ask reception for the least affected sites if you get bitten too. Which we were told when leaving. We were also quoted 2 different prices for the same thing by 2 different staff,which was also different to that on their website. It doesn’t hurt to double check your paying the right amount if you think it’s too high.

I enjoyed our 3 night stay, the park is situated just behind a beach with a beautiful view of magnetic island. The amenities were always clean except for the occasional bug. The park is nice and quite, it has a clean pool and tennis court. The laundry facilities were good except there was only 1 operational dryer the other was out of order. I recommend this park for anyone who wants a place to stay for a few nights. Do not be deceived by the "BIG4" in the name, it is lacking the blowup bowncing balloon or the water park that you see at most BIG4s.
First time at a caravan park. Enjoyed the first night so much I stayed for 14. People are the friendliest. Clean clean clean, and safe. Facilities superb. I stayed in a cabin (not en suite). Beds very comfy, and great linen (surprise). Very rare to experience "anticipatory service", but I did here. That is where they anticipate your requirements and offer them before you ask. WOW. Opposite the beach, with a long boardwalk into The Strand. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you guys.
Too expensive. nadequate located camping kitchens. Appears little control on noise, pool area too small etc. Some areas very noisy too close to one another. But some sites are good size and some facilities good.
The best thing about this park is the location! On the strand overlooking the beachfront! The strand park area is well appointed for families. Staying at this park gives access to great public areas!

Good location, reasonably priced, WiFi a bit hit and miss. Clean amenities block and friendly staff. Would stay here again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet camp ground. Lovely location. Just a short scooter ride to The Strand for dining.
