absolutely appalling phone service do yourself a favour and change banks before u need to call for something.

I went in there to get someone to witness me sign some paperwork. Upon asking this request I was greeted with " How long is this going to take?", If it's a lot then I wont do it as I have plenty of things to do". Mind you that there was no one waiting in the branch. The service from this lady was quite rude and I've been in customer service roles for over 10 years. The process took 5 mins or even less. I still got the signature witnessed but I was so close to walking out. Won't be a customer ever of BCU.
