STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! There are many, many better options of photocopier suppliers around if you do your research. They are extremely overpriced and lock you into contracts with no way out when things go bad. Like many businesses we closed up our business last year and worked our way through debts. All of our other suppliers were understanding of our financial situation and waived costs but not this unscrupulous company. We have dealt with BBC for over ten years but they have no loyalty and dont care about you personally in tough times. The service we had received during this time was absolutely second rate. Would take a week to fix a problem and sometimes tell you that is not our problem and hang up. Always found staff rude and condescending. When our company could not pay the ridiculous payout sum [three times more than the value of the machines mind you] they chased me personally listing me personally with a Credit Reporting Agency. It has been said many times before me but Google should have an option for zero stars xxxxxxxxxxx. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
I am happy to review BBC Digital and specifically Scott Finlayson 5 stars he has looked after our businesses print equipment for more than 10 years and has always gone out of his way to make sure we have the best Canon equipment and is always happy to pop out and review our account to make sure we are on the best deal. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Our experience with BBC has been fantastic. Running three copiers in an office of 70 staff, I can honestly say they have been the most reliable, non-jamming pieces of equipment we have used. Would absolutely recommend.
We would like to recommend our Canon products to anyone looking at printing and scanning needs in the construction and development industries. We have been clients for some years and use a range of devices from Canon provided by BBC Digital, from photocopiers to wide format devices, we have also used them for AV for our meeting rooms and presentations. Scott Finlayson has been our account manager and has always gone above and beyond.
The rep we use, James Mack who i might add came as a welcomed referral, is an extremely professional person who worked out exactly what we needed. His knowledge of the Cannon product is unprecedented and he is extremely helpful greeting any questions with solutions. I highly recommend asking for James to come around if you are considering any product and I dont believe there is any product that would meet Canons standards.
