Your receptionists are amazing, and empathetic. Your medical pros useless. Jesus Christ any slower and they’d rust! So far two hours last appointment time and still 8 people before me. Doctors walking out like they got all the time in the world. Never come back here again. Dopes

If you have nothing else to do in life and have no other choice for GPs then come here else give this place a skip. Too impersonal and third world customer service. You will be waiting for ever here. Don't come here. Lethargic management. The GPs don't seem to pick up patients based on their place in the queue. This would qualify as the worst medical centre in the Hills district. I took another chance and went there at 12 pm on Saturday and it appeared to me doctors are forced to work on weekends. The GP saw 3 patients between 12 and 1.20 pm and disappeared in the middle. I have up and left.
I was supported by a team of very friendly nurses. I got my immigration tests done quickly and everything went great.
Terrible for anything other an emergency, Doctors are only interested in churning patients and not actually diagnosing what you may be there for. If you have another option do yourself a favor and go there instead.
Unfortunately a couple of the front counter reception staff are unbelievably lacking in empathy. Why they’ve chosen to work within a service oriented industry is beyond me. Extremely void of any type of triage experience or even common sense. VERY disappointing and unfortunately very upsetting experience. Would not go back if same staff present. They need some serious training.
***Please do not go there*** This practice should not be allowed to operate and will be sending a formal compaint to NSW Health. The low level service and pathetic staff are far worse than the ailment looking to be treated. That said, the doctors and in particular Dr Singh, is completely incompitant. He is rude, abnoxious, recalcitrant and willfully defiant. Clearly the Hepocratic Oath is no longer observed at this practice. I will be lodging a formal complaint but wanted to let others know what to expect.
The receptionist is so rude. She just hang up the phone without even completing my sentence. I called again and she hang up the phone again. Worst receptionist no customer service, very rude. She should be ashamed of herself. Everyone should avoid going there so disrespectfull receptionist. Don't wan't to even imagine how the other staff will be like.
I think you are way under staffed in the admin or reception team. We have tried to reach you in your operating hours over a period of 4 days totalling 5 hours waiting. ---- longest wait was 1.5 hours ----No one pick up the phone. for Visa Medical Check.
