Not happy. Booked appointments in advance, but Dr. Davidson cancelled few consequent appointments. One was cancelled even without letting me know. Caroline always run very late, although I only get to spend 6-8 minutes in her room.. ?? I wonder if she gets paid full amount for the appointments? My health problems were not addressed. I've been an honest tax payer for many many years and deserve to be treated fairly and get honest professional help. Not happy.

I've been seeing Dr Caroline for approximately 6 years. She is a wonderful Doctor. Very caring. I'm extremely grateful for everything she has done for me .

Dr Don was very helpful and knowledgeable! The recepetionists were also nice. I would have given it a 5 star if they had the appointment time more precise. Booked at 11am, ended up waiting till 11.45. Regardless, still a pleasant experience

I am in my Thirties and have been seeing both Doctors George Hatoum and Caroline Davidson since I was a child. Both Doctors are thorough, knowledgeable and show an extremely high level of commitment and care for their patients from my experiences. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommended.

What a joke. I was meant to speak to Rita for a work development order at 1.15pm today. I called in to let them know i would be 5-10 minutes late and the receptionist i spoke to on the phone was blantantly RUDE, didnt ask for my name, ASSUMED i was another client and even when i tried to correct her made me out to be a LIAR! THEN they transfeered me to another receptionist who told me if i want to cancel the appointment i would be charged 80!!! Unbenownce to me, i would be charged 80 regardless of coming in or not! I was not made aware of the charges for the appointment NOR was i made aware of any cancellation fees 2 MONTHS AGO when i made the appointment!! AND THEN RITA had the audacity to jump on the line and tell me that I had to ask about these fees that would be charged to me!!! Just outright RUDE and disrespectful bunch of staff! All i wanted was to let them know i would be 5-10 minutes late, instead i spent 15minutes of my time with them ASSUMING and ARGUING the point! I wont be attending this facility NOR be paying the hidden fees! Would not reccommend this place AT ALL!

THE WORST MEDICAL CENTRE EVER. I was feeling so sick at that time and asking for a female doctor. The receptionist told me to wait for 1 hour for the female doctor and I was waiting for almost 2 hours and keep asking her when would it be my turn because it looks like the people came later than me got served first. Ok maybe they got appointment and I didn't. The last time I asked, she told me that the female doctor has finished for the day. I was waiting for 2 hours for nothing. THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL CENTRE EVER. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!
