Bought a dehumidifier from Gumtree and picking up at this store. A cap was missing so water retrieve from the air is dripping out from the drainage hole. Upon first communication they said as it's during X'mas / New year period, it will take longer for them to order the cap to stop leaking from the factory, and it will be cover with their "3 months warranty" I waited 2 months, with multiple attempts to get this fix, they kept offering us a plastic plug (not original parts) which does not stop the machine dripping at all, I requested a refund then 3 man standing around my husband rudely refusing to refund, as this is what they got when they purchase from the factory. They only gave us a water tube to drain the water somewhere else. Be ware, make sure "seconds" you bought works perfectly before you pay for the item.
