Dennis and his truck driver provided an excellent service. Our goods were stored with ease for two weeks while we moved house. They were then delivered promptly as requested. I would highly recommend this company.

Faultless experience from my initial phone call enquiring about options, through organising how many modules we'd need & where they could be placed on our block; Lee even looked at our block on street view to ensure he was able to give accurate information on this! Andrew delivered the modules to us on time, efficiently manoeuvring around our sloped yard & gave us clear instructions on how to use them. He was also as flexible as he could be with collection, which we really appreciated as we struggled to accurately estimate how long the huge task of packing our entire house up to travel overseas would take! We set up a monthly direct debit & received regular receipts by email while we were overseas. When there was a glitch in payment, Dennis saw to fixing things up promptly so we didn't have to stress. When we returned, the team were super accommodating in arranging for our modules to be available for us to access & unpack into a moving van (as we, sadly, didn't have a suitable space for the modules to be delivered at our new apartment).. & they even allowed us to borrow a trolley to help us unload at the other end! Really really grateful to the guys at AMS for making a pretty energy-intensive experience run smoothly & helping us get through another move; thanks again!
We found out at short notice we needed offsite storage ... and after checking with the council, discovered we wouldn't be able to have the storage units delivered as there was insufficient grassy space in front of the house and the council bylaws prevent placing it on the road/footpath. Dennis was super helpful, in coming up with a creative solution that really helped us out of a jam. Service is amazing and highly recommend Dennis and Aust Mob Storage.

AMS is a great company you work with. They ate cheaper than competitors with better features and personalised service. Dennis is very helpful and accommodating with your needs and Andrew is a wizard on the forklift. I would recommend these guys to any one.
I have now used this company twice to move and will continue to do so. Very competitively priced and excellent service. Dennis and the team are amazing! I had a completely busted leg and needed to make adjustments on where I had the boxes stored, picked up some stuff from their yard and re-stored what was left for a few months then had that delivered to a different address. What was a long, complicated and painful job for me was made so much easier by this company. They will work with you on making sure your moving or storage needs are met and often exceeded.

Dennis was great to work with when organising our move. He gave many great suggestions ans solutions to problems and made the whole move as smooth as possible. The driver Andrew was awesome and very efficient In navigating the containers. We also used professional movers through a.m.s and everything was moved carefully and efficiently.
