V, That French Guy

Used Mark's services for three years. Seemed straightforward and professional at first, then relocated to a different suburb last year and assured me the tax return appointment could be done via phone conversation, which caused lots of mistakes and issues, as well as no hard record of it - not so professional after all. Not using him again now.
