Very unprofessional - took 8 weeks from the time we paid the deposit to installation of a single roller door. I had to keep chasing Ash who never took any initiative to push the job along. He kept coming up with lame excuses as to why the job was delayed (staff having days off, Easter amongst other excuses). Our job was rescheduled repeatedly. I am a very accommodating and patient person usually but this experience pushed the limits of my patience. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I could not commend Ash and the team at Aussie Garage Doors more highly. In deciding to change my motor and sectional door at my property I sought a number of quotes. Aussie not only came in under the other quotes but the range available and the wait time was also superior. The team are friendly, informative and responsive. The quotes are transparent with no hidden charges popping up. I even had Ash drop in post fitting to see the finished product. Great service.
I can highly recommend Ash and his team at Aussie Garage Doors for their professional job done and excellent service for installing 2 single garage doors for us. Ash provided a competitive quote against two other quotes and the whole quoting and ordering process was very smooth and quick. Ash attended several site inspections at our request and brought free sample of the material that the other two companies could not do. He also provided a professional advise on choice of materials and the door design. To compliment all of the above door installation was done professionally on a scheduled date and the old doors were taken away as promised. As a result, Aussie Garage Door has another happy customer. Couldn't speak highly enough about Aussie Garage Doors. From the very first phone call I made to Ash I had 100% satisfaction with the service. Within 2 days I had 2 Merlin power doors installed in my garage. Very well priced and the guys who installed the system were fantastic. Ash is very professional. Last week I needed a service call, (due to a power failure at my property not anything to do with the power doors). I phoned Ash and within 45min he was at my house on a Saturday and fixed the issue. Absolutely unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience dealing with them. They have installed faulty panels on my new garage doors. Ash ( business owner )came to my place and had a look at the panels and confirmed that they are faulty. They haven’t done nothing since. I have contacted fair trading regarding this matter and hoping to get an answer soon. Beware there cowboys.
