Thank you Mario, Lukasz and Piotr! After we decided to replace our windows and doors we've shopped around for months. We've quickly settled on uPVC but it was hard to choose from so many providers. The Astellite team impressed us by their open, professional approach and high quality product. The price was competitive and the lead-time short. The whole process was so easy and straightforward we could hardly believe it. The installation was very professional and the people were lovely! The change in our quality of life is immense - both from the insulation and the noise reduction aspects. We highly recommend Astellite to anyone who''d like to replace their widows and/or doors.

Mario a\u0010nd his crew provided a Rolls-Royce product with silver service installation. From the beginning, Astellite staff demonstrated consummate professionalism. They took three sets of detailed measurements before work started. They gave us a start date that never shifted. They got the job done quicker than they promised. (When was the last time a company you bought something from genuinely under-promised and over-delivered?) The best thing, though, was to come back to a significant, complex job completed to the highest standard. Everything was perfect (no niggles, no rework required) and our place was clean and tidy. Some people we know who have used other firms to get their windows replaced have had quite different experiences. So, if you want peace of mind when making a significant investment like installing new windows, give Astellite a go! I was so impressed, I decided to become a first-time Google reviewer just share my experience. This was a real 10/10 job.

We knew Piotr and Lukasz. We didn’t know how good their product was and how efficient and professional they would be at building and installing our new windows. Mario, Piotr and Lukasz are amazingly committed workers. Their craftsmanship and dedication clearly shows. We are very happy with our new windows. Even the builder they hired to remove the old and install the new windows was great. Worked neatly and fast. Astelite takes pride in their work and will deliver as promised. We had a couple of issues with adjustments to be made, a broken window that had to be reordered and a spare part to be replaced. Astelite has been quick to respond and sort all the little issues out. Thank you boys for a job well done. I’ll recommend you to anyone that is considering changing their windows.
Dealing with these guys was an absolute pleasure. I did my research and picked 3 companies so I have something to compare. I can’t say anything was wrong with the other 2 companies but these pvc profiles were the best quality among them 3. Mario came at the agreed time and did the initial quote. I received it on the next day. Mario advised that he has no time to bargain and all these “psychological games”. He respects the client and won’t be blowing price up just for that purpose. I found it really funny as the other quotes were 30-40% higher and salesmen got down to the similar level pretty easily. Once we agreed on the terms and paid the deposit boys came back for the final measurements. About month later the job was done! Very well done! We are extremely happy with the results! Astellite German channel profile windows exceeded my expectations with a fantastic windows opening operations for natural ventilation. After shopping around for 4 months, talking to all different companies I decided to go with these guys. I meet sam out at my holiday house to quote me up. I was very happy with the price and the work started 2 weeks after my quote was given to me. I must admit, the guys that did the install where nothing but a 10 out of 10, even cleaned up after them self unlike other window companies I have used in the past. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for pvc windows.
