Very happy with our new windows and how well the team at Kinzel looked after us, from first enquiry to installation. The double glazing is excellent, and the pvc look is very sleek and simple. I would highly recommend these guys as nothing was a problem to them, and they were easy to deal with. Why can't all companies treat their customers as well as these guys do?

I highly recommend this company for absolutely outstanding work and a customer-focused approach (rare thing in Australia). I needed to replace windows all around the house. Before discovering Kinzel Industries, I tried to engage three other companies. Kinzel Industries was the first that suggested the end-to-end delivery, including windows and all necessary work for a reasonable price. I signed the contract in July 18 and had the window replaced in the beginning of October. The installation team was very professional and attentive. They install all windows without any issues or any damage to my property. Noise and thermal insulation is incredible. I couldn’t be happier.
As soon as we bought our property (in Canberra), we identified Kinzel Industries as the only supplier who would provide a product and a service of the standard of performance we were after. We have never regretted the choice and were and are extremely impressed by the very high quality of the windows (both glass and frames) and the professional, timely expertise provided by Adam and his team. That we are based in Canberra made the whole logistics difficult to manage (for Kinzel) yet they impeccably delivered and installed all windows in one day, and they have consistently performed to the highest standard since.
