Called these guys to come and fix my liebherr freezer as it was playing up. They come out and tell me that I need new sensors in my freezer and these need to be ordered. No problem, they come back to install the sensors in the freezer only to tell me my fridge is now not working and I will now need to replace my fridge/freezer. I was a little lost as they were replacing the sensors in the freezer, fridge had no issues. My husband comes home turns fridge on and we wait, would you believe if I said my fridge is working!! I called them the next day and said my fridge is working PLEASE send the tech back and replace the sensors. They REFUSED and said my fridge is broken and needs replacing!! Fast forward 2 months, I’ve had my sensors replaced in the freezer by another company and the fridge and freezer both bloody work! You guys clearly have no idea and charge drug money for false misleading information! Save your money and don’t call this company!!!

I’ve had 3 seperate jobs booked to fix one noisy fridge. First time they say the fridge needs to be replaced so I get it replaced under warranty with the same model but new fridge. This fridge is even louder than the first with a bust seal. So I book in another job which no one shows up to and I get told that’s because they didn’t want to come without a part.Extremely annoying as I took time off work and was told a technician would be there between 12 and 6 but sure I’ll wait for this part and waste half my day for a no show. Apparently they think it’s the relay that needs replacing although no ones inspected this brand new fridge. The next week someone finally comes and says it’s a loose pipe that he repaired. He didn’t because it’s noisier than ever and the seal is still bust. So I book in another job to get it repaired and they just archive it. Charge the manufacturer and don’t do anything until I follow up and ask what’s going on. Then I get told there’s nothing wrong with my fridge even though it’s brand new, louder than a Diesel engine and has a bust seal and they are going to charge me for the last call out. So far the worst experience and potentially lying to charge the manufacturer. I’ve now had to take more pictures and video to prove to them the faults that they have actually seen on site. Just despicable service and a huge waste of time but I think that’s their goal so they can charge for call outs although they don’t fix anything. Definitely keen to take this further.
DON'T waste your time! Pathetic communication, worse customer service. Cancels orders without notifications, then says out of stock, while STILL listing them online for others to buy? When you tell them they've screwed up, they have the audacity to send the customer demeaning message full of lies!
Karl has fixed my dishwasher a couple of times (two separate issues) and he is extremely thorough. Other technicians have failed to diagnose the problem but Karl will problem solve until he has a solution. Top guy.
terrible service! Came out put his ear against the dishwater without looking or checking anything else and told me a need a new motor, when you could clearly still hear it working. 5 mins to listen and charge 121

Thanks so much for fixing our dishwasher your service guy (cant remember his name sorry) was really professional and answered all my questions (and I asked a lot lol) I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.. The biggest plus was you called when you were on your way so I could get home in time.
