I always buy apple products direct from apple store castle hill rather than going to other retailers...transaction is fast, staff is knowledgeable and helpful...have used Genius Bar few times...good experience so far...also, they’re using Covid guidelines properly.
The voice sounds like from Philippines, asked me a lot of questions that took pause moments twice as he was trying to get help from his colleagues and finally could not resolve the problem of black screen. When he tried to book me for a local technical support the phone line was cut off.To get this kind of support for 2 months old iPhone 12 is really unbelievable.
Best customer service!!! Super grateful to Peter and Rory - they were absolutely amazing today in helping me unlock my broken phone to transfer data off it. They were so patient and tried out many options before kindly offering to do a phone to phone transfer which saved me 250 in repair costs!! Danny was as kind as ever in helping me purchase and set up my new phone. He explained the Optus deal very clearly to both me and my dad and made the whole process super easy. Always satisfied as an Apple customer!

It busy every time because only one near area. But all the staff are friendly and supportive. I went there for buying new phone and it took just 5 minutes in express shipping.
So I’ve seen some mixed reviews for this store, but I’m just speaking from experience. I’ve tried to deal with the Penrith store and constantly get turned away. I had to go in as having dramas with connections, Peter was the guy served me, was great bloke, friendly, listened to my complaint and issues, polite, seemed to take interest in my needs. Also side note was greeted by a bloke named Pat who was also great, little thing I thought was great too is there was young mother with 2 young children next to me doing things with another staff member, the boy in pram was quite restless but pat went out of way came over started talking to kid, then put YouTube on for him on another device as so mum could finish her appointment. Overall I’ve been castle hill several times even though out of my area but had much better luck and interactions there.
Using COVID safety lag for managing store access. No range of accessories ie logitech only carry most expensive comparable products as Apple is grossly overpriced.
