WOULD AVOID. Finishings were not on a professional standard. Feel like money was wasted. Better finish if we had done it ourselves. Now we have to waste money to fix up the issues as they do not want to do anything to rectify the problem.

Andersens carpeted my bedrooms a few years ago and they did a great job so when I wanted to put laminate flooring in I went straight back to Andersens and I wasn't disappointed. The customer service was excellent. They knew exactly what I wanted and I had chosen the one I wanted within 5 minutes. I had my measure and quote done in a few days (thank you so much Gaylene) and the hybrid flooring i had chosen was fully installed not long after that. I would recommend the team at Helensvale Home world to anyone. An excellent experience. Thank you to everyone at Andersens for your outstanding service.

First time visiting Andersen's Homeworld, Helensvale. From entry, Gaylene so helpful. Fantastic choice of flooring, and Gaylene extremely knowledgeable on her products. The Tradesmen who did vinyl flooring efficient and professional, as well as Carpet guy who did stairs. It was great to see Trades excel at their craft! We wouldn't hesitate using Andersen's again. Gayleen who comes to measure and quote is always a delight and absolutely professional. Gaylene was very professional and really knew what I was looking for in a short time frame, and delivered. Shout out to Clint who installed the carpet. What a professional, efficient experience, exceeded my expectations especially helping with furniture and difficulties of a high rise.
