Dealt with Pino, who really knew his products, then it stopped. The lack of communication from the office regarding install, times, confirmation is less than satisfactory, but they are really happy to accept the payments!!! One girl was also extremely abrupt and impatient which is not how you deal with customers. Lack of communication after I had paid the full amount prior to install, left me not knowing what was going on, and then had the installer arrive with no warning. Extremely disappointing!!

Have my front windows blinds installed 3 days ago. I have ask for what i want.Very happy with it. The office staff's are very polite, helpful and friendly. The installer is very friendly and have done a good job.

Gary was on time, efficient and very professional. He was able to provide a number of options and discuss the pros and cons of each. The whole process from booking an appointment, through the first meeting with a detailed quote and follow up documentation, to the final measure up and then subsequent installation was excellent. Couldn't be happier with our new whole of house blinds package! Gary was very patient and explained options thoroughly during the measure and quote process. The quoted price was excellent and very competitive. The blinds were ready to be installed before the expected date, and were installed very well all to our satisfaction from. Great staff, including Danielle in the office who was very polite and organised. Would definitely use The Blinds Gallery again!

Great initial quote but the installers refused to fit the blinds as quoted They then requoted with different blinds costing nearly 4 times as much When I cancelled they deducted an ‘admin’ fee from my refund even though they wouldn’t supply the blinds I was originally quoted and ordered Very poor service
