Absolutely stoked about our new carpet - looks and feels amazing. Andersen's were brilliant. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After making an impulsive decision to get new carpet and racing to the shop just before it closed, Cathy was amazing with her advice and then let us take samples home over the weekend. PJ was there Monday morning to measure and quote. The carpet layer Pete was terrific and did a marvelous job. All done quickly and efficiently. So impressed Andersen's. Thanks

Terrible service, bad workmanship, noticed gaps appearing in laying and no silicon under kitchen bench toe kick. Layers first time doing laminate flooring, inexperienced and lazy, took numerous phone calls, smoke breaks etc. Anderson’s agreed to resolve but same layer missed 3 appointments in a row. Escalated to management and asked for a new layer but also a no show. Escalations occurred over a period of 6 weeks and with no resolution. I’m over them and moving on to someone else. You guys deserve this negative review.
Great experience all round. Peter (store) is really likeable and gave us great advice which helped us make a carpet selection. He also measured and quoted for us, which was quick and hassle-free. Peter (installation) was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and his workmanship, attitude and attention to detail was excellent. Great result, thank you.

Good service and selection of flooring
Fantastic job from start to finish. The flooring (Korlock vinyl panels) looks amazing. Took one day to install across a very large area. Nathan and his installation crew were fantastic— couldn’t be more helpful and professional. Left my home clean and tidy too. Highly recommend.
