I have been shopping at Altronics for as long as I can remember both for my business and personally, in Perth when I was growing up, and when they opened many years ago here in Brisbane. One of the true electronics stores still left in this country that still sells right down to component level. I have always found the staff in this store to be courteous and knowledgeable, each with their own area of expertise. The "older woman" referred to rudely by a pseudonym poster below, I can only assume to be the friendly, very experience electronics salesperson who has served me at another electronics store for many years prior and always has her finger on the pulse when it comes to finding things I have needed, Not to mention she is always good for a laugh and makes it her business to get to know and remember her customers !! Keep doing what you do guys!!

This store is like heaven. Except everything has a price tag and my wife reminds me we have bills to pay. Jokes aside, the team are friendly and knowledgable. The shop is always well kept.
The worst customer experience ever at Altronics in Virginia. I walk into the store, and the older woman working there is angry and yelling. I wish she did not help me find an item, because her anger and attitude ruined my whole day and sleep next night. She has some serious issues. Someone with that toxic attitude should not be working there - talking to customers with attitude and without any respect. I am never buying anything there again!
Staff knowledgeable and willing to help. Friendly and effective service was easy to take. My experience was quite pleasant, quick and informative.
