Easy to deal with sales and finance team. Was able to do a great deal with very low interest on the day I test drove the vehicle, hassle free sales team. Would definitely recommend if you in the market for a new vehicle.

dropped in today as we needed a spare part for our Triton. Needed the taillight lens, which we were told was a "genuine" part. Entered the service centre where there were 3 service guys sitting at desks having a chat. There were no other customers on the premises. Asked them about the part we needed and the response was "parts guy is at lunch, come back in about 40mins." We left. So you are saying that at a large dealership like this, there is only one person that can provide after sales service. Very disappointed and actually angry. The most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered. Came home, went on line and have purchased what we needed, and probably cheaper than they would have charged as well.

Proud owner of a new Triton but I was really impressed with the contact from Melton Mitsubishi from my first online query until purchase. Jonry was great to deal with. No pressure, just good knowledgeable salesman. I would not hesitate in recommending this business.

Service is good, just the lack of communication. Only way to book a service is just to call them at the right time and someone will pickup. Online service enquiries or call-back requests just get ignored. I've been unhappy with this for a while, and I've provided this feedback through their internal surveys during my last services but pretty much nothing has improved for the past 2 years.

Said they took it for a test drive to check a warranty fault I reported. I watched it sit in the workshop the whole time and then they said they couldn’t replicate the fault I reported. Wonder why!

I recently just bought a brand new Mitsubishi ASX and the help and knowledge from both Sonia and Lee were outstanding! They both went above and beyond and gave their best customer service when making this car purchase. Highly recommended going to see these 2 people, you’ll be well looked after :)
