I have been dealing with Air Tools WA for almost one year and can't recommend enough. Excellent communication, professional and friendly.
Thanks to Dale and Cameron at the Canning Vale store for helping me with my setup with the new workshop. They came out to the site where we talked about what I wanted to do, they came up with a plan to fit my budget and Dale and his off sider came out and installed all the pipping, hose reels, compressor and dryer. Took a lot of going back and forth to get it right but all working perfectly now, completely ’stoked’. No-one would of given me all that extra time and advice for Free. Thanks Guys.
My thanks to Dale and Cameron for their assistance in setting up my compressor (and attachments) with new fittings - I had purchased a retractable air-hose reel and needed to change my old fittings to "nitto" fittings. They both had a heap of patience and lots of good advice for a "newbie" who was out of his depth - I couldn't recommend these people and this company more highly
Thanks Daniel in the Wangara shop for fixing my compressor. I thought I needed a new one, but 190 and a day later my old one was up and running again. Happy I didn't have to buy a new one. Cheers mate!
As i walked through the door I could see the look of disgust in the lady's eyes follow by a curt 'can we help you' This was followed up with disinterest in my request, and they clearly did not want to help me. I could barely explain what I was trying to do without the 'no' popping out. If you come to this place make sure your in your best as they clearly judge you by your looks. You can bet the next time we need to replace our screw compressor we certainly wont be coming here, and unfortunately the old piston compressor I am trying to restore for my grandfather will have to wait a bit longer until I can find some decent people. Edit: 21/6/19 due to the owners response. All I wanted was for the staff to take an interest in what I wanted to achieve and do their best to help me. Whilst they listened to my request the response was a straight no as soon as i finished, i made a suggestion to achieve my goal which was recieved doubtfully, this was then begrudgingly looked into with a disinterested ruffle through some boxes ending in 'we don't have anything close.' The claim of 15yrs experience and being able to help many other customers seems illegitimate, as all they had to do was measure my cylinder head bolt pitch compare it to the later models on the floor and order the late model parts I wanted. Unfortunately I could clearly tell I was not welcome so I left before this could be achieved.
