They used to be great. Now they're not so great. Mind you there is a lot more competition. Took a Milwaukee tool in that was under warranty, said they'd fix it......3 weeks later still waiting

Went in asking for details on water blaster. Didn't offer to help till I found a member myself and he didn't know specific details about the pump in comparison with the next their product line. Didn't seem interested in serving you. Not what they use to be.

Great service, very helpful. Very competitive prices. After an air hose reel plus fittings. Great advice in selecting a hose reel and full personal service recommending fittings to match the new hose reel to my existing air hoses. Friendly service even though I'm obviously no tradie. Not sure about the tradie rack for sale in the disabled parking space

Staff stood behind counter, not serving anyone and chatted between themselves. No one offered assistance until I was walking out and mentioned to my partner we would try Sydney Tools (2 minute drive away) instead. See Sydney Tool for their five star review.
