Don't waste your time or money. I got them for a service, the guy was here for 20 mins and talked on the phone for half of that and didn't even fix the issue. Now they won't return my calls
I had used Affordable Doors before. They were excellent then. They moved and at that time it was hard to get hold of them This time I got a reply within an hour, they tried to help by me sending photos, but the unit we have is REALLY old. They sent a tech out and he arrived on time , was efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Apparently the red button under the rear panel is the "learn" button.. He also serviced both doors and the total bill was 90. The new remote controls all work and we are super happy.

Good price and lead time on the order, We went with the Gliderol door and merlin motors which are great quality and quiet operation. Thanks Mark for going the extra mile for us , we will definitely be using you next time.

Thanks for sending Tom to fix our garage door. Tom was courteous and very pleasant to deal with, focused on what needed to get done, explained clearly what we needed to do and what he would do in terms of maintaining the garage door and was extremely efficient throughout his time here. We will get our garage door regularly serviced because of our interaction with Tom yesterday. Quite refreshing to have such a pleasant experience.
