Deserving 0 stars Visited 2 days running to see any doctor. Just needing blood pressure tablets walked out the 1st day after waiting 2.5hr now i have waited over 2hrs again. Avoid if you want a decent service

Dr. Akram Masoud is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. This practice is terrific. Dr. Akram Masoud combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care.He’s an excellent Doctor . Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait long to see the Doctor. And a great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Akram Masoud taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.

About a 50 min wait, GP office was filthy. Dust, used coffee cups, piles of papers everywhere. Gp gave good advice but his room is a disgrace

If I could give 0 I would. We waited 2 months to see the psychologist only for the appointment to be cancelled without notifying us. Not only were staff on the phone rude and dismissive, any kind of resolve was met incompetently. Mental health is an important piece of health and can be just as harmful as physical, so for us to wait so long without help as we were told is beyond ridiculous. During that time we had our hopes up for some great professional assistance and now to have cancelled a day of work, losing money and to have to go through the entire process of seeing a GP, getting a referral, finding a new psychologist and then waiting for an appointment is humiliating and upsetting. How do you think that affects a person's mental state? Knowing that because they didnt call back within 2 hours ( a terms or service we were not told about and to be honest is the stupidest thing I've heard as people work and are busy) that their appointment was given away to somebody else. Shame on the entire facility.

I called this practice up from a law firm I work for and requested clinical notes for one of the clients to be sent as a matter of urgency. The 'practice manager' I spoke to was extremely rude despite my efforts to maintain a pleasant tone with her and almost beg for her assistance. The practice manager was not helpful at all, had no sympathy for the urgency of the situation which I explained to her repeatedly and in a very rude tone she stated "would your firm help people who ask for last minute things, there is a waiting list and you are right at the end of it, there is no way you will get the clinical notes by the end of this week". Although I promised to pay their invoice immediately, they offered no support and did not wish to cooperate or take into consideration the urgency of the matter and the unavoidable shortage of time, which will ultimately prove to be detrimental to our mutual client.
