Ethan has changed the way I look at exercise and fitness as a whole. His home studio is perfect, it makes it easier to focus on what we are doing and not worry about other people like I normally do at the gym. Definitely recommend :)

A big thank you to Ethan for training my self and my wife over the last few months. Ethan’s fresh approach to PT was amazing and inspiring. We really found out what the core strength is about and Ethan always supported us and was flexible in recognising that some exercises were not suitable and adapted new ones for us on the spot. We would certainly recommend Ethan as a PT to all and encourage anyone reading this review and is thinking about getting back to fitness training to contact activ8 fitness.
