Consider other indoor play options here, 50 for a young family wasn't worth the time or effort. Mostly slides, an under 3's area, far too many rides or lucky dip-esque machines requiring more money and extraordinarily a tea cup amusement ride that was turned on once before parents were told someone else was being fetched (then never came, leading to several upset children), the poor staff also appeared overwhelmed and the 200 guest limit for Covid safe ignored - you can and will find better centres in Mitchell or Fyshwick.

Celebrated by sons 5th birthday here and everything from the food to the party host was perfect. The staff was excellent and the kids enjoyed themselves.Couldn"t be better.

Went today for my sons birthday. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely polite and helps and you could tell he loves his job. The party room was set up and when the food came the kids were very happy and everything ran smoothly. A few extra kids turned up and the staff accomodating to the extra kids. We ordered a couple of adult platters of pizza and hot food. It turned up hot and lots of food. The kids loved the playground and everything was clean and well maintained. I fully recommend this for any party for your kids

UPDATE - Michelle has responded to the concerns I raised and has shown genuine concern. There are processes already underway to address the issues and at some point in the future we will return and hopefully see the changes promised. No balls in the ball pit. Not enough seating or tables. Nowhere to secure belongings, especially with no tables available. Older kids in the toddler area - no staff policing it. A parent SAT on my daughter on the tea cup ride which naturally caused her to cry. He should never have been allowed in as there were already five kids in each of the tea cups! When I reported it to the staff member, they did nothing so I had to remove my child, who was there first and the parent & their child continued on quite happily. We left at that point and won’t bother returning despite having membership.

A good indoor playground for the kids. Liked the cars and ball pit. Not busy when we were there and food and supermarkets are nearby. Saw some rubbish between the mats but the equipments overall are clean.

Told to wear socks and no food, but not enforced. Kids were blocked from using slides from others climbing without socks or wrestling in the soft slide. Kids came home sticky from the other kids eating lollipops and ice cream while on equipment. We were there for 2.5 hours and the tea cups were run twice. Staff saw kids get on the teacups with lollipop sticks in mouth and said nothing. COVID rules are also not followed in any fashion. No sanitation happened during our stay. We will not return. It was a nice place when it was too cold or rainy, but not worth the risk of getting sick and dirty.

We attended a birthday party last Saturday at 4pm and we also celebrating the Halloween day Together. Really enjoyed it. Kids were really happy and thank you for the service and food. Food was really yummy. The queue to pay for the food was really long that day however the staff were very happy to swap the melted ice cream for the kids.

The play areas are fine . However you are not permitted to bring your own food and the cheese and tomato sandwiches I bought for my grandchildren were inedible . If the business insists that you need to purchase food there, they need to provide healthier options that are edible.
