Disappointing. Paid extra for an Executive Room and was not of good standard. The smell on entry was musty and not pleasant . Floors , mirror, crockery were dirty, the couch was old and smelt terrible. Marks on walls were bad . Cleanliness was terrible. Half of Pool area roped off so couldn’t go there as not enough shade. Wont stay here again.

Great location. Superb views. Nicely refurbished apartment and well maintained complex. Sitting on the balcony was ruined somewhat by other guests smoking cigarettes and marijuana.

Second Avenue is a lovely spot for a break away - close to the center of Burleigh Heads & convenient to parks & the beach. The heated indoor pool is just lovely for kids, and it's great to have the option of outdoor barbeques & use of the tennis court.

We’ve been coming to 2nd ave apartments for many years now and this year we are quite disappointed. We’ve always paid extra for an executive unit and always stayed on 19 or above. This year we’ve been placed on level 16 and the unit is dreadful. It was Dirty, dusty & old bathrooms not renovated, the carpets need replacing or cleaning....... Our friends who we holiday with at the same time every year are on level 21 with beautiful newly renovated bathrooms. So much nicer than ours. I really look forward to our stay here each year but will be looking elsewhere next year.
