Booked 3bedroom sky view Rang to ask for 3 keys 2 days prior to arrival Told we were now in 3 bedroom ocean view which if you book through peppers is a downgrade only told us when we rang for 3 keys so no intention to advise us of change. Ask for price reduction and holiday holiday told us booking was cancelled and hung up on us .Had to ring back and confirm we still had booking no apology never encountered customer service this bad in all my life. Soul amazing property great location the room 3304 slightly under standard of rooms booked through soul directly we extended stay due to floods and booked extension directly through soul clear difference between rooms on cleanliness and standard of room. Highly recommend soul as a property but had such bad experience with holiday holiday could not recommend them.We had no issue with bond which seems common theme in other reviews on holiday holiday.

I was paranoid before the trip as it was my first ever oversea trip with my first toddler. My accommodation and other arrangements were handled by Holiday Holiday for 12 nights. The moment we arrived the airport on the first day, everything was well taken care of throughout the whole trip. Excellent waiting lounge during check in and apartment is very clean, tidy and complete. Top notch services and hospitality, can't wait to be back again soon!
Came down from Cairns for a quick visit to catch up with my family. Holiday Holiday mad it simple and easy to organise a room on short notice. The room was amazing with a awesome view, customer service was on point. I can not complain about anything. The price was no issue as you pay for what you get. I am very happy with everything and I will be staying with them again on my next visit. Thank you
Holiday holiday was amazing to deal with. They explained everything and made the pick up of keys very easy. We received our bond back within 3 days. Very happy with service and will be using them again for sure.
Been going through Holiday Holiday's for the past 7 years we have been coming to Gold Coast and we have not once been disappointed. Extremely clean, neat and family friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
We had a lovely holiday. Even during covid the team were very professional and friendly during a stressful period of re scheduling. My attitude wasn't very nice at one stage but they handled themselves very well. As always the holiday wasn't long enough and will hopefully be again soon... Thanks again Holiday Holiday !! !
Yet another fantastic break away booking through Holiday Holiday. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. The unit was impeccable and the views amazing. Everything is conveniently located to Chevron Renaissance, just a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Can not wait until next holiday and will definitely book through Holiday Holiday again - thanks guys.
We lived here for a year and could not of had a better experience. Rebekah Latter was our property manager and we could not be happier with her service. She is professional, kind, quick, efficient and always responsive. After having troubles with other rentals on the Goldcoast, it was refreshing to deal with someone who not only does her job, but goes above and beyond for both the tenants and the owners - a fine line to walk but Rebekah is a legend and seems to have no trouble managing this. Thanks for the great experience, would highly recommend Rebekah and holiday holiday!
