These guys installed an electric gate for me. They were super professional, installed without fuss in a quick time. Gates worked perfectly (just in time for late wet season storms). Their communications before and during the job were excellent and they have great follow up care as well. A pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them for anybody who wants hassle-free service.

Our property gate got hit by lightning for the second time and we were advised that going solar would solve our problem . Put it forward to our house insurer with a replacement quote and we were given the go ahead. All installed and no more issues. Solar Panels on our roof needed to be checked out as our inverter was showing issues. We got Florence Electrical's in and we were notified that there were a lot of cracked panels and also a fire hazard through faulty wiring from previous installer. Our panels were still under warranty so I contacted the suppliers and was given the go ahead to have them replaced. Alex from Florance Electrical took charge of everything and a whole new system was put in, taking into consideration our usage of electricity. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Florence Electrical.
I recommend Florence for all electrical work. We had Alex come round and not only listen to what we wanted done but offered excellent advice and ideas on how to upgrade and install things we hadn’t even thought of. Josh and Harrison came around and did all the work and everything was fantastic. From initial quote to finished product we were kept informed the pricing was fair and reasonable everyone was on time and all the work and fixtures etc was exactly what we wanted. Thank you to Alex and his mate for doing excellent job for the installation of Rangehood and the installation and supply of solar gate setup with battery backup. Alex explained what he will do before start, and explained very clearly after he had done. Very efficient and left the area nice and clean. Great work from quoting to finish. I am very appreciated that Alex did extra on the solar gate setup in order to make my fence look nice with the gate opener. This is the second time that I have used Florance Electrical and it's always a company that I'll recommend and re-use. Alex finished off the light fitting installation in my living area and not only was he on time and professional but he made sure everything was cleaned appropriately before leaving. We rang up in a emergency concerned about my mother's safety after a circuit breaker flicked and she last use of some of her power points. Alex talked us through step by step how to identify what the fault was, indicating that he didn't want for us to spend money on a call out if it could be resolved over the phone. We followed his directions, he did not rush us, and was very assuring all the way to resolution. We asked for an invoice to be sent, but Alex declined to accept payment. Such kindness really touched our hearts. Thankyou. FYI We identified the problem after finishing as we followed the instructions, and found an appliance on which the wiring had become exposed, and there was a burn on mum's wall and the back of the appliance (dehumidifier). We can't thank you enough Alex for your kindness, averted a bigger problem for us, and we will definitely keeping you on our quick dial numbers for any future electrical works needed at our place.
