Purchased a Metalmaster 215 Elite. Service was outstanding. Pete was incredibly helpful with all my questions and, when I placed the order late in the week, he hustled to get it sent so I could have it by the weekend.....without my even asking. How awesome is that for service!! The machine itself is brilliant. I purchased the Metalmaster to replace my ebay ACDC1220PM, which I was regularly using for 1.6mm alloy and having a constant battle with. After firing up the Metalmaster, I was incredulous at how much better it was; instant arc start (no more tic-tic-tic, waiting for the HF start to actually do something), beautifully linear current control (both machines have foot pedal, but the difference is night and day), uber stable arc....and that's before even considering the additional features (frequency adjustment, wave form selection, etc). In all, it's an absolute joy to use. If you're thinking about a cheap ebay machine, I'd highly recommend saving the extra money and going the Metalmaster. From the perspective of someone who first went the cheap option, it really is worth every cent. Overall a sensational experience! I'll be back to Tokentools in the future and will be recommending them far and wide.

Amazing service with fantastic prices. Token Tools at Wyong also carries the consumables for our welder that the seller (a big name tool shop) doesn't even stock. On our latest visit our 7yr old daughter asked if they sold welding helmets for kids, next moment she had her very own helmet and has spent two whole days helping her dad and learning how to weld! Very highly recommend a visit to Token Tools for your welding supplies!

Purchased my MIG210S from Token tools after reading so many reviews on Google about exceptional customer service, and i have not been disappointed. Firstly delivery was super quick had the unit in 2 x days impressive, being a novice user i had some questions about the unit and Pete got back to me straight away. After about a week i had a small issue with the machine and again Pete was very responsive to email even on the weekend and we got it sorted no problem. Pete really looked after me and i am very happy with my unit. Don't hesitate to purchase from this company, they have fantastic product and exceptional customer service which is hard to find these days. Cheers
