Very professional, provided me with all the information. Even when there was a problem they sorted it out quickly, very good value when comparing quality and service with other companies. Would definitely recommend.
We initially had a couple of challenges with supply of the agreed panels over the Xmas period (which happens in business), but the team upgraded our panels to ones that were available (315kW to 330kW panels). The installation team were a great bunch of blokes, and knocked the job over with very little fuss. At the end of the install, they showed us how to work the invertors, and when we should ideally use our high energy consumption appliances. James from Pedleys was excellent, as were the whole team. A great experience all-round. Especially for people who aren't that savvy around these systems. Thanks team Pedley's, and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family! P.S. The additional Hot Water Meter Box and Google Hub promo was a really nice touch!

Never dealt with such a professional friendly team, from start to finish. Great customer service. Great product very professional and forward with information. Straight to the point and didn't waste my time definitely highly recommended.
Installation was great technicians made suggestions for the layout which was different from the the original quote, but that's where the positives end. They ripped me off on the supply of a smart meter and have refused to supply it although it was included in the original quote. I had the system installed late November and still haven't had any one come out and run through the system with me. I had sales reps, the owner, office staff all tell me that there will be someone come out and go through it, 2 months later, no one.
We had a minor issue that they were very responsive and rectified the issue.
Pedleys fitted a 6.6 kw system on our home, excellent friendly service and advice, very happy with the system and highly recommend Pedleys for your solar needs.
